A condominium is a legal form of shared ownership, where the owner holds title to the individual unit and home, and a shared interest in the common elements. A condominium title allows for the financial benefits of ownership while leaving the chores of property upkeep and maintenance to the professional property managers. Residents will purchase their condominium homes outright, and pay a monthly "condo fee" to fund all shared common area expenses.

The Common Element Fees for each Unit in 2010 equal $179.91 per month. These fees cover the costs of maintaining the common element areas.
